From
New York and points South: take the Taconic Parkway to Hillsdale,
NY. From there pick up Route 23 East to Great Barrington, Massachusetts.
From Great Barrington take Route 7 North to Stockbridge, and then
continue on Route 7 to Lenox. At the first set of lights in Lenox,
take a left on to Route 7A (Kemble Street). Drive the legnth of
Kemble Street and then at the stop sign take a left, continuing
on Route 7A (now Walker Street), bearing right on the monument in
the center of town, onto Main Street (which is still Route 7A).
Harrison House is a half mile further, on top of the hill, on your
right. |
From
the Massachusetts Turnpike and points East and West: take Exit 2
off the Massachusetts Turnpike. After toll, bear right toward the
town of Lee (Route 20/Housatonic Street). Drive through town on
Route 20. Route 20 will merge with Route 7 after a few miles. After
the merging, you want to get in the left lane to make a left turn
after the first set of lights, onto Route 183 (Walker Street), which
will bring you to the center of Lenox. In the center, bear right
at the monument onto Main Street (also Route 7A). Harrison House
is a half mile further, on top of the hill, on your right. |
